Proctor Brant attorneys receive Colorado Super Lawyers recognition

South Denver area law firm, Proctor Brant, PC, is pleased to announce attorneys Josh Proctor, Holly Bartuska and Drew Shively, have been recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers for 2020. Super Lawyers honors lawyers across more than 70 practice areas for outstanding service based on a patented selection process which includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. No more than five percent of attorneys in the state are selected.

Josh Proctor, co-founder of Proctor Brant, was selected to Colorado Super Lawyers in 2020 for the second year in a row. He was also previously designated to the list of Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2015.

Holly Bartuska and Drew Shively were both selected to Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars this year. Bartuska was also chosen for this honor in 2019. Drew Shively was selected in 2020 for the first time. Rising Stars are designated based on the same criteria as Super Lawyers, but to be eligible they must be 40 years or younger or in practice for ten years or less. Rising Stars are comprised of no more than two-and-a-half percent of attorneys in the state.

Jesse Brant, co-founder and the fourth attorney at Proctor Brant, has also received several Super Lawyers nods. Brant was named to the Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.

“Our firm is grateful to be recognized by Super Lawyers both this year and in the past. I believe that our client-focused approach sets us apart from other firms and it is an honor to be acknowledged for our commitment to service,” said Josh Proctor, Founding Partner and Attorney at Proctor Brant, PC.
