Josh Proctor co-founded Proctor Brant PC and is an experienced civil litigation attorney whose practice helps entrepreneurs, businesses and insurance companies resolve legal disputes. His practice focuses on business, insurance and construction law, and includes representation of clients in matters involving breach of contract, unfair competition, construction defects, business break-ups, mechanic’s liens, debt recovery, insurance coverage, insurance fraud investigation and professional liability. Josh also counsels clients regarding general business matters and litigation avoidance.

Josh is a proven trial attorney and has the experience and trial advocacy skills to navigate clients through trial, if necessary. Josh has seen first-hand the disruption caused to businesses involved in litigation. His experience as a small business owner provides a unique understanding about the importance of working through legal issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Josh is a former college athlete and enjoys spending time with his wife and watching his three kids play sports, including football, baseball, track, and soccer.
