Drew Shively is a civil litigation attorney with experience representing clients in a variety of legal matters, including personal injury, construction defect, insurance bad faith, contract dispute, debt collection, mechanic’s liens, trademark and copyright, and professional liability. Drew has defended cases as lead counsel at trial and arbitration. In recent years, Drew has taken a special interest in addressing the challenges faced by individuals and businesses concerning the complexities of insurance, which plays an intricate role in almost every facet of our lives.
Drew measures his success by helping clients achieve their goals. In that pursuit – and as an attorney who embraces the entrepreneurial spirit – he believes that every legal situation and every client is unique and may require new and creative thinking in order to obtain the best result. Drew focuses on educating clients throughout the legal process to ensure they are as knowledgeable as possible in making the right decisions. He understands the importance of helping clients overcome what are often unfamiliar, unsettling and difficult legal situations, both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Drew believes an important part of being an attorney is connecting to the greater community, which is why he enjoys taking part in community and volunteer efforts. In his free time, Drew enjoys being outdoors and challenging himself with many extreme adventures, such as running mountain trails, competing in ultra-races, rock climbing, climbing fourteeners, canyoneering, backcountry camping, mountain biking, paddle boarding, skiing and photographing landscapes.
