Holly Bartuska is a civil litigation attorney with experience in the fields of commercial business litigation, real estate, intellectual property, products liability, personal injury, construction matters, fiduciary obligations, and class action.
In more than six years of practicing law, Holly feels fortunate to have worked with – and to have been mentored by – some of the best and brightest attorneys in California and Colorado in the fields of real estate, business litigation, construction defect, and trial advocacy.
Working with these industry-leaders has provided Holly with the opportunity to participate in multi-million-dollar mediations, oral argument before the California Court of Appeal, extensive written briefing in all levels of state and federal courts, multiple successful jury trial outcomes, and informational training of real estate professionals in legal developments within their fields.
Holly’s experience has provided her with a strong foundation of legal expertise that allows her to fulfill the roles of counselor and most trusted advisor for each of her clients, whether they are a fraud victim or homeowner; a real estate broker or other professional; or a contractor, retailer, or other type of business.
Holly does more than just zealously advocate for her clients’ interests; she also helps her clients navigate the legal process: What are their options? What can they expect? What are the probable best outcomes?
In endeavoring to think two steps ahead, Holly’s goal is always to practice proactively, saving her clients from additional anxiety and attorney fees, and helping them feel confident in their representation and litigation choices.
Holly is admitted to practice in both Colorado and California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado, and the Central and Northern Districts of California.
