Holly Bartuska is a civil litigation attorney with experience in the fields of commercial business litigation, real estate, intellectual property, product liability, personal injury, construction matters and fiduciary obligations.
Holly feels fortunate to have worked with, and to have been mentored by, some of the best and brightest attorneys in California and Colorado. Working with these industry-leaders has provided Holly with the opportunity to participate in multi-million-dollar mediations, oral arguments before the California Court of Appeal, extensive written briefing in all levels of state and federal courts, multiple successful jury trial outcomes and informational training of real estate professionals in legal developments within their fields.
Holly’s experience has provided her with a strong foundation of legal expertise that allows her to fulfill the roles of counselor and most trusted advisor for each of her clients whether they are professionals, small business owners, real estate brokers, homeowners, contractors or fraud victims. Holly does more than just advocate for her clients; she helps her clients navigate the legal process by presenting options, expectations and best possible outcomes. Always thinking two steps ahead, her goal is to help save her clients from additional anxiety and attorney fees.
Holly is admitted to practice in both Colorado and California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado, and the Central and Northern Districts of California. Holly was included in the list of Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2019 and 2020.
Outside of the office, Holly enjoys sharing her knowledge of business, contracts and intellectual property to help empower business owners in the community. She is a presenter and panelist at business group meetings and chamber events. In her spare time, Holly loves to explore the beautiful Colorado outdoors with her husband and two young children.
