Jesse Brant

Attorney & Founding Partner

Jesse Brant co-founded Proctor Brant PC in 2016 and is an experienced attorney whose practice helps businesses and individuals throughout Colorado resolve legal disputes, both large and small. His practice focuses on litigation of commercial, construction, insurance, and professional liability cases. Jesse also handles appeals from start to finish, including oral argument and briefing, and advises clients on general business matters, including litigation avoidance.

Jesse strives to always reach outcomes that are optimal to his clients. He does this by keeping open lines of communication, offering clarity, and sharing a thoughtful approach to whatever issues his clients may be facing. Many of Proctor Brant’s clients are not involved in a legal dispute or litigation by choice and, as a small business owner himself, Jesse strives to carefully guide his clients through the legal process with minimized disruptions and expenses so they can do what they do best—run their businesses and live their lives.

Jesse is admitted to practice in Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado (Colorado federal court), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He has been named to the list of Rising Stars four times by Colorado Super Lawyers.

Jesse and his family reside in Highlands Ranch.  In their free time, they enjoy exploring Colorado and road-tripping throughout the Southwest.
